Why am I unable to download a resource?

- Many times, school computers and networks will block external download links. Please try from a personal computer and network.
- You must be logged into your Teacher Thrive account to download resources (including FREE resources).
- Very large files will not download on a mobile device or tablet. Please make sure you are using a computer.
- If you are trying to download something from the Teacher Thrive online store, please clear your browser's cache, or try using a different browser. Also, make sure you are logged in to your account.
